| On behalf of the Board of Directors, the general members and associate members, we welcome you to the Dubuque Area Labor-Management Council's (DALMC) website. We are proud of the success the DALMC has experienced in bringing labor and management together with new cooperation and negotiating skills acquired through our training and facilitation programs. We also pride ourselves in the work we do to prepare the future workforce in the tri-state area through mock bargaining exercises, education and skilled trade grants and our Tech WORKS Program. |

| Over twenty-six years ago labor and business leaders joined together to improve the image of the tri-state area as it related to labor-management relations as well as developing programs to promote new and innovative methods of good faith bargaining. We have come a long ways in improving the cooperative spirit of this community as well becoming an integral part of the economic development activities taking place here. |
