Project labor agreements have been used in the construction of Eagle Country Market on South Locust Street, the remodeling of Eagle Country Market on Kennedy Road, the construction of three Dupaco Community Credit Union branches on South Locust Street, Sycamore Street and Twin Valley Road, and the construction of the DuTrac Community Credit Union branch on Elm Street in Dubuque. |
