Mission Statement

The Alliance for Construction Excellence is a committee of the Dubuque Area Labor-Management Council formed in 1990 to address issues of mutual concern to construction contractors and trade unions. The Alliance is committed to the concept of "safe, quality construction, on time and within budget" using union contractors.
